Request location photography when you need photos on location but not candids at an event (ex. photography for a class). For specific dated events, please use the Event work order.
After the location session, we will edit the images for technical quality only and provide you with a link to a web gallery, PhotoShelter, where you can download jpeg files to use. Our photography charge includes the cost for downloading and adding metadata to the files, storage on our server and the basic editing time.
Please note that we have limited photography staff and may not be able to provide coverage for every request depending on staff availability. If you would like to book a session, you can place a work order. You can easily fill in the information for your work order below. Please fill out one order form per person. Our photo staff will contact you after we receive your order to clarify the details and to arrange a time when we have staff available and your location is available. We will also discuss your photo needs so we can come prepared with the proper lighting equipment and lenses. Based on what you are asking us to photograph, we may need to adjust the hours you are requesting.
Also, until we receive your work order, your session will not go onto our calendar. Once you receive a calendar invitation from our office, your work order has been officially confirmed and is on our calendar. Due to the high volume of events on campus, a work order is required to ensure your request is on our calendar.
- If a ladder or special equipment is required, list it in the additional instructions
- If you are requesting a photo booth setup, you will be charged for a minimum of two hours
- Location sessions lasting more than two hours, will require a meeting to discuss details
