Need photography coverage for your banquet, guest speaker, award presentation, or another type of event? We will provide a photographer at an hourly rate based on your requested photography needs. Please let us know what type of event you are having, what the images are needed for, and if there are specific parts of your event that are most important to capture. Having as many details about your event helps us out tremendously.
After the event, we will edit the images for technical quality only and provide you with a link to a web gallery, Photoshelter, where you can download jpeg files to use. Our photography charge includes the cost for downloading and adding metadata to the files, storage on our server and the basic editing time.
Please note that we have limited photography staff and may not be able to provide coverage for every request depending on staff availability. If you would like to book a session, you can place a work order. You can easily fill in the information for your work order below. Please fill out one order form per person. Also, until we receive your work order, your session will not go onto our calendar. Once you receive a calendar invitation from our office, your work order has been officially confirmed and is on our calendar. Due to the high volume of events on campus, a work order is required to ensure your request is on our calendar.
Events lasting more than two hours, will require a meeting to discuss details with photographer.
