Please note: We offer one free headshot per employee every academic calendar year. If you decide to have more than one headshot taken during that same year, there will be a $20 fee for each additional sitting.
We have specific branding for our headshots. The backdrop is a dark gray. Please consider wearing professional attire for your photograph; avoid patterns if possible. Only one outfit is allowed.
Your session will last about 10 minutes total. Your final images are kept on file in Photoshelter.
We do not accept walk-ins.

Directions to our office
- Go to the library and take the elevator to D2.
- Take a right out of the elevator. You will see our office with the green wall and countertop.
- You can ring the bell at the front desk and let the front desk know you are here for a headshot.
